As Fyber quickly scaled and experienced rapid global growth, they came to a point where they required a lean but robust business processes which needed to be supported by better online tools. It was time to look for a new, integrated ERP system in order to support their Finance business processes. One trigger for this decision, for example, was the substantial manual effort put into issuing invoices as well as the complex monthly and annual close procedure including consolidation.

For this implementation, Fyber looked for a competent and reliable partner who understood the processes and knew how to handle the necessary technology. The big challenge was to implement a complete financials and procurement solution for no less than 14 legal entities in 5 countries in about 6 months. Additional requirements were the complex migration of the legacy database and the integration of existing platforms, like Salesforce.com, via web services. Considering all these tasks, Fyber chose PROMATIS – the right partner for automation of ERP processes using the Oracle® ERP Cloud. Significant improvements and a new level of modern technology was implemented in a very short time, despite additional challenges emerging during the course of the project due to multiple business acquisitions that Fyber had to manage.
